I just checked our CC statement, RCI over charged us $65.43 CDN  for our Chops reservation and $5.40 for our final payment. Same thing happened on our March cruise on the HOTS. Looks like I'll have to waste time on the phone with them tomorrow 🤬

Checking CC statement should be standard for everyone.  By the way, did these charges appear on your final bill/statement?

Guessing since they mentioned final payment that they haven’t sailed yet.

Did not pick that up the "clue" of  reservation vs actual dining at Chops.

Sorry I wasn't very clear, It's for our cruise on the Indy in March 2019. I had made final payment yesterday and double checked our dinner reservations and noticed the charges on my CC were more.

 

Also when RCI advised me final payment was due it was $5.40 less than when I logged on to cruise planner to actually pay it.
