DaveNetMan Posted December 5, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 5, 2018 Do the TV's on the Carnival Magic allow you to plug in a USB flash drive and play videos stored on it? We're going on the Magic for the first time, but I know older ships in the past haven't allowed this. We were able to on a recent NCL cruise, and really enjoyed watching some movies we brought along. Thanks in advance! DaveNetMan

darth frosty Posted December 5, 2018 #3 Share Posted December 5, 2018 (edited) In oct on the magic, I used an HDMI cable to connect my WD media player to the TV and watch movies stored on it. I cant remember if it had a USB port. Edited December 5, 2018 by darth frosty
moondog73 Posted December 5, 2018 #4 Share Posted December 5, 2018 Who spends that much time in their room? Even if you have kids, there are plenty of options both on-board and shore.

I think there was a similar button for the tv on the magic. BUT it was real easy to switch. If you are use to playing around with AV equipment you can figure it out. I don’t think I’ve ever spent that much time in my cabin, and neither has my adult children with their children. There’s plenty of time to watch movies on the TV once your home. There’s too much else to do on a cruise.
