"Submit" button for reply to post quote is broken on mobile version.

Signed in on good wireless with iPhone 7+ using iOS 10.3.2. Quote a post and select "reply" Type comment and select "submit." It starts working but goes back to "submit" rather than saved.

Upon further examination, it has only happened to a couple of posts that used some italicizes script font. My reply, quoting the "script" font post never does appear.
