Baked Onion Soup

We will be on the Anthem next month. We have only been on three other cruises, all on Celebrity. On those cruises, my wife, (who is gluten free), was always able to get the onion soup without the bread in it, in the MDR. Does anyone think the Anthem will accommodate?

Yes, should be no problem.

Speak to the Headwaiter assigned to your table.  My wife is diabetic and each night sat down and discussed any special meals that was required.  The last time on the Anthem, in addition to main entrée modifications,  she requested the removal of salt/sodium from the French Onion Soup and she said that it was pretty darn good. 

 

The Onion soup in the MDR is normal crock with the general ingredients.  I Was sad to see it removed from Chop's menu, but it's on the MDR menu every night.  I enjoy it and it's a far cry from the previous small cup of broth and onions that was the fare prior to.

I've also gotten it in the Park Cafe and WJ on my last Anthem cruise.

Agree, along with at least one nite a cruise in Main Dining have seen it also available in WindJammer...

It’s actually on the menu in the MDR every night.  They’re very accommodating.
