Epic Deck Chairs

First time aboard the Epic last week .

We were extremely frustrated with the availability of Deck Chairs especially sea days .

Chair Hogging seems out of control on this ship ( like no control at all).

Then  we discovered the Sun Deck on 18 , accessible via the glass elevators . Always chairs .

Quiet adult area ( kids w/adults okay) . No pool , little shade ,but several showers to cool off .

Thanks! I will try to remember this in April when we are on the Epic. Is there somewhere to get a drink on this deck?

No bars up there. Be aware that there are two glass elevators. One goes to the Posh Club (private Haven sundeck - which has a bar) and the other to the public spaces.

They had a portable bar , mostly for beer during the sea days as well as roaming staff taking drink orders from a bar.

All the bars onboard were overwhelmed with the Free drinks offer . Especially the first few days . Kind of ruined it for the occasional drink guests like us .
