I noticed there's a $5 charge for the Dr. Seuss breakfast.  I assume you have to make a reservation.  How do you go about doing this? Is it something you do once you're onboard, or beforehand?

Reserve on-board.  I specifically remember a table on the Lido deck on embarkation day.  There were probably other locations.  If you don't see one, inquire at Guest Services.

I've seen the table on lido, and I've seen it in the atrium both on embarkation day. Yes it's $5/pp. Reservations are not required, but are recommended.
