What is the standard tip for the bartender in the D lounge?

Wow.  How many drinks do you drink per night and how long are you in the lounge?  We're usually in the lounge for an hour or an hour and a half and have two drinks each and tip $5.00 . If were in there longer (not much anymore) we of course tip more.

Probably 2 - 3 in an hour at the lounge, 1 at dinner, and 2 after dinner in the bars or theater.

 

On Oasis, we do a few at lunch

Depends on quality of service.

My DH used to give the server $5 when they delivered our first round  each night.  We used to get great service.  Lately, they have disappeared after the first round  and we got other servers.  Now we will tip with each round.
