Transportation from Port of Miami to Fort Lauderdale but Not Airport/Hotel?

After our ship returns to Port of Miami, we will be staying in Fort Lauderdale at an Air BnB. What are the best options for transportation since we aren't going to the airport or a hotel? It seems like all of the transfer places go to/from hotels/airports/ports. I'm not sure about the distance. Is it reasonable to take an Uber from Port of Miami to somewhere in Fort Lauderdale? Or taxi? Thanks for the help!

Uber or Lyft are your best options.

Uber/Lyft or for more $ a taxi will take you from POM to your Air BnB.  I would go onto the Uber app, put the address in and see what it says about the fare/distance from FLL.  You might save $ by taking a shared shuttle for $15 per person from POM to FLL and then using Uber/Lyft or a taxi to get from FLL to where you are staying.

Thank you both! True...going to the airport and then using Uber might be a good option. FLL gives me such a headache, but I'll look into that! 🙂
