Email notifications broken again

Email notifications for subscribed threads, including replies to my posts, have stopped working since earlier this week.

This happened last year and was a widespread problem for CC folks who had email addresses related to AT&T (and or Yahoo?) like "pacbell.net." 

It took quite awhile for CC to get it fixed - but  it did finally return until now.

They are aware of the issue and are working on it.

Still no fix. I'm betting this is the same AT&T problem as last year. I can correspond with help@cruisecritic.com but, as I understand it,  when they try to contact me via their server system for the notifications, they don't arrive here (even in spam). All settings on my end are correct.
