Carnival Breeze and NFL Playoff games

I know that the Breeze has tv's at the bar in the casino, but that's very little seating and lots of smoke so not a good location.  Does anyone know if the playoff games Jan. 20 will be broadcast anywhere else?  Thanks for your advice.

When we were on the Breeze and we sailed out of Galveston the game was on in the Red Frog Bar. We watched half of it there and then at half time we went up to the main deck and it was being played on the tv up there. I have been to a few NFL games but this game was my favorite game I've ever watched. This was a game at night so that might be one of the determining factors.

Not sure about the Breeze, but just got the Vista on Sunday and they showed all of the NFL playoff games at the sports bar, in the casino, and on the big screen on Lido.

Unfortunately Breeze doesn’t have a sports bar. There are a lot of TVs at the casino bar, but it is usually on the smokey side there as the OP mentioned.

What about the Magic?  Hubby only watches KC Chiefs thankfully lol....but I will find something to do like enjoy the balcony hopefully 😎.  Going to be 20 degrees here in KC

great time to hit the open seas!

Magic has the same layout as Breeze when it comes to TV locations.

We were on the Breeze over New Years, and they were playing the college Bowl Games inside and outside the Red Frog Pub.  They also played the NFL games on Sunday in the casino....not sure if they were on at Red Frog or not.  I don't think they played any games on the big screen by the pool.

We're Chiefs as well, which is why we have to watch the game.  We're taking my mother-in-law, though, who is a huge Patriots fan and doesn't want to miss the game either.  Maybe it's a good thing it's a large ship.  LOL  Hoping for the big screen at best, but anywhere outside the casino will work.  Thanks everyone!

I was on the Dream last week and they had the games on in the casino, and also opened up the nightclub and let people watch both games there on Saturday. That was awesome because I knew I couldn't watch for very long with all that cigarette smoke. Dream doesn't have a sports bar either. I'm not sure if that was a CD decision to let people watch in the nightclub or something all the ships without sports bars do.

Didn't read the thread :classic_rolleyes: but on the Breeze in early December important games were broadcast in the Casino AND in the red Frog Pub - in fact it wasn't unusual for ESPN to be on the RFPub's TV's during the day.
