We got one day already in OBC, plus two of the port fees in OBC.  Does that not sound familiar.

FWIW, we got a $492 credit posted to our CC in addition to the OBC.  Not sure if anymore is coming, but it was a free casino cruise.

You received $492 for a cruise that cost you  nothing?    Did you get back more than you paid?     Or, was the $492 actually what you paid  in taxes, fees, gratuities and maybe an upgrade?    I know there is a high original amount on the  casino documentation, but then all the  math goes in, and unless you upgrade, all you really need to pay are the  taxes and fees ( usually just a few hundred $$) and gratuities.    Taxes/fees/gratuities often  come to $400+

Inquiring minds............

Did not get as much back as everyone else did, but we did get a certificate from Casino Royale for a replacement cruise. Have until end of year to use it.  Can't use on Harmony and Symphony

Terrific!  enjoy

Taxes and fees, plus gratuities were $215 pp.

That's all we paid.  We got $84 PP for the one day missed,  plus a refund for one days tips and around $42 PP in taxes and fees for Falmouth and Cozumel.  Those appeared on our statement as OBC's.

So I'd say we got back $650 that we never paid, and a replacement cruise.  Currently have Laura booked solo on Oasis March 24th

A Spring Break Cruise. She might be the top Cruiser.

On our April HOTS cruise with only 7 Pins, a 1000 would have been top 3.  LA said one of the weeks in March had ZERO Pins onboard.

For whatever reason, Oasis generally draws more Pins.

Really!  Were you a passenger?  Did you get sick?  Were you promised a refund within two weeks that is now taking up to five?  Did you sail the ocean for five days without visiting the ports of call scheduled.  Please do not talk to me about patience!

Calm down skippy.  All refunds have been processed.  It is likely on a card that you are not checking.  Look again and slow your roll, people here were trying to help you, dont be so angry. At the end of the day you got a free cruise.....

Have read all the conversations on this matter and as a family affected can only come to the conclusion that royal Caribbean are refunding locals first as we traveled from Australia for our dream cruise to be confined to the ship with only 1 day ashore to say we were disappointed dosent touch the surface but that disappointed is nothing compared to the problems with royal Caribbean getting a refund for the cruise which was promised both verbal and thru a letter of a refund within 2 week it's now 4 weeks and counting with numerous phone calls e mails and a complete runaround from royal Caribbean and to see on this site they've actually paid refunds to some while completely ignoring others also trying to get refunds for our hotel room is another nightmare p a disaster royal Caribbean you've turned a positive into a disaster
