Maybe a strange question. Bed Heights.

Does anyone know the  clearance  under the beds. Is it a standard height.  Looking to get new luggage.  Want to make sure  it will fit under the beds. Any  Brands/types of luggage that you could recommend  would be helpful also. Thanks

We have soft sided expandable luggage, 27" and 24", and have never had a problem storing them under the bed. I love my London Fog spinners!

Never had a problem fitting a full -size hard sided suitcase under the bed.  You might have to lift the frame to slide under, but no problem.  A lot of people open the suitcase up and slide under the bed open; great for storing dirty laundry.

You can bet that a cruiseline would only purchase beds that its customers could easily placed their luggage under.

Adventure is replacing bed frames as we speak 

 

The new ones are 2" taller.  They are black, old ones were/are white

John - I know you just got off Adventure so you would know but I'm just curious, how did you find this out? Did it come up in a conversation on the ship? Did yours get changes while you were on?

They were swapping them out on our deck. I spoke with the cabin attendant about the height difference. 

 

BTW, the new ones have a wire mesh bottom, the old ones had a corrugated metal pan
