Price Drop!

Just got a $200 price drop on our upcoming cruise!  This is the second one in the past few weeks. So far saved $300 and scored some OBC at the same time!

on my sunrise cruise in june, i submitted about 7 price drops and saved about 500 dollars.

How do you submit a price drop? We booked with the $50 deposits so I'm not even sure we can get any price drops

you most likely have a early saver booking, you can submit this form: https://www.carnival.com/core/requestforms/priceprotection.aspx

 

if you booked with a ta, they usually have to handle this

Be aware that if you qualify for a price drop you will have to pay the full deposit, unless the $50 deposit special is also a part of the new rate.

also be aware if you do submit a price drop you might lose any existing onboard credit unless it is also part of the new rate

And also compare port charges and taxes amount because sometimes that goes up too and can cancel out any price drop on your cabin charge. I found this out the hard way.
