Grandeur does the D breakfast in the MDR on the port side lower level every morning.  As far as I know they still do it, but we haven't been on her in 10 months.  We're back onboard in 8 weeks so we'll see then.   Larger ships do not do it.  We've been on Anthem and Oasis in the last 18 months and neither have a D breakfast, other than the typical continental one which GR also has in the DL (CL does too).

We were on Grandeur in December and they still have the D/D+/P breakfast on the port side lower MDR deck.  I really enjoy this and miss it on other ships.
