I just received an email from a PCC ( I’ve never used one, may have indicated an interest long time ago). The email states that as of March 2 , 2019 the PCC offices will be closed on Saturday and Sunday.

I believe, even if you never use them, HAL assigns a PCC to anyone who books a HAL cruise.  We have one, but only used her once.

Thankfully we use a TA who does work Saturdays often and we do have her home phone number -- we use only for emergencies.
