Scheduled to arrive 7 a.m. at Manhattan Seaport on a Sunday.  Is 11:20 a.m too early for a flight out of LGA?  Thank you.

Sometimes you'll be fine, sometimes not.

Last week we docked in Manhattan at 8 am but weren't able to disembark until 10:30...and that was with priority disembarkation. There were delay in off loading luggage and CBP was taking it sweet old time processing passengers. On the other hand many times we've been able to disembark much earlier when arriving at the same time.

You might be OK, particularly if you do self assist walk off, but I wouldn't guarantee it. If it were me I'd book a later flight, also because there's a massive construction project at LGA that can also cause delays.

See if your cruise line website has a link that tells how early to book an outbound flight.  If you are arriving at Manhattan Cruise Terminal, Carnival recommends 1:00 pm or later.
