HOS Escape the Rubicon - How to sign up?

We are scheduled to go on HOS in July and I was trying to find out how and where you can sign up for this activity and if there is an additional charge?   If you did this activity how did you like it and how long did it take?   Thanks in advance for the information.

$20, 1 hour, keep checking planner but you can book on board using the RCI app.

We are sailing Harmony in April and I have yet to see it appear in our cruise planner.  I know it is $20 pp.
