Gratuity on bottles of wine

Quick question - on this wine list I see all the prices but can't find anywhere if there is an added 18% gratuity.  I'm sure someone will know the answer... this if a cruise in Europe.

Yes, there is an 18% gratuity added to the list price of wine. I have a copy of a spreadsheet that was floating around here at one time. It has the older prices of the wine and the older wine list but it compares the cost of various wines brought onboard from shore + the corkage vs the same wine purchased onboard + the gratuity (at that time 15%). It was a useful tool for some.

You pay the 18% on top of those listed prices.
