I assume they changed the sensivity of the Medaillons door unlock mechanism.

The first days we could hear our door already unlock when we were steps away and the door not in sight. Now we need to be near the door

I tried to buy one of the sports bracelets some days ago, but they had non in stock yet, just many on their show displays

I used the Medaillon in the Casino yesterday, works the same like the card

We like their Game shows in Princess Theater. Who's the Cuckoo, Yes or No, Liars' Club...those were real fun.

Yesterday we had breakfast in Allegro. What a boring looking dining room, like a Cafeteria. Will not go there again, the atmosphere was weird. They brought me some unsalted butter and Nutella for my croissants. I was so thankful!

Too bad that the cruise is over soon. We really enjoy Princess

Is Allegro the Traditional Dining Room for dinner?

Problem is since I’m flying in, I won’t have space in my suitcase.

Totally understand that especially with bag check fee(s) and limited carry-on.

This may not work for you but I’ll let you know what I do: pack another empty carry-on bag and do some rearranging either in the hotel (flying in the day before) or in airport bag claim (flying same day) so that my sturdiest carry-on is now empty (or mostly empty). Then I pick up soda (and wine but you won’t be doing that) somewhere near hotel or have my Uber/Lyft driver make a quick stop on way to pier. At least it’s something to consider in case you can make it work. I also like having the extra bag for the journey home in case I need it for purchases (Stanley road home this way—lol).

We are flying in same day because my Daughtinlaw works Friday. We’re taking Princess transfer from LAX. I’m sure my DIL would like to get some Diet Pepsi and my son some Mountain Dew. I suspect they can get some of those sodas at Cabo or Mazatlan. We will probably get rushed from LAX to pier since we wont be landing till 1025. Unfortunately, the wife and I will have to be wheelchaired aboard. I cannot take deep breaths because my lung capacity is diminished. I also walk with a crutch under my left arm because I fall easily. The Dear Wife is in better shape than me. When we went on the Ruby out of Seattle, it was a long walk from the gate to delta baggage claim. They were only able to get 1 wheelchair, so I struggled to the Princess bus and had them push my wife to the bus in the wheelchair. I’m willing to struggle just to make sure she is OK. At least our son and DIL are coming. Two separate cabins, but it’s worth the money I spent to spend a fun vacation with them.

We were in E108 on our January cruise on the Royal.  The only thing you need to be aware of is that if sees are rough or choppy, you feel it MUCH more at the front of the ship.  I am absolutely not prone to sea sickness, but on the day the ship was experiencing some rocking we finally left the cabin and went to do other activities as it felt much worse in the cabin.

Guess we better pack some seasickness meds. We will be in this cabin in two weeks. What WERE we thinking? 😂

Hopefully calm seas for you!  We liked the large deep balcony, And since it is on the portion of the ship that juts our you get a wide unobstructed view.  Enjoy!!  We have enjoyed sailing on the Royal on the East Coast and Europe and will miss her!!

We are currently on deck 7 way forward, and we have had some bumpy rides on this south american journey but have not noticed much difference inthis cabin as many i have had all over the ship.

Biggest noise is anchor drop.   That wakes me every time
