Online add on bookings for classes

Hi there.  I just booked my first Celebrity cruise.  I see that you can pre book classes such as food parings and mixology.  Do these fill up or can you book once on board?  Are these usually scheduled on sea days?  Not sure if it is recomended to book these before sailing, thanks.

The mixology & food pairings are listed in the daily and can easily be booked on board .

Since it is your first X cruise, I suggest you wait until you're on board. You may find that discovering a new ship and cruise line may be enough to keep you busy. I see these advertised  for sea days on every cruise, so I doubt they fill up.
