Had to give a little "Irish" story Last year when we were in Ireland we went to the Jameson distillery and I asked what kind of SPECIAL offers they had for grandparents.  We have 12  grandbabies and the youngest is named Jameson.  They said that they had a special program that enables the grandparents to write a letter to the grandchild and when the grandchild goes to Ireland and visits the distillery they will be presented the letter.  Cost $100....  Well, since we already bought all of the grandkids the Irish knit fisherman sweaters over the years...and we figured that in order to leave a letter you should also give the child a paid trip to Ireland.....we gave it some real thought.  Figured out app how much this SPECIAL  offer would cost us....and made the decision...they all got wooden pencils with Jameson on it.😍

Ha, just had my Irish breakfast. Scrambled eggs with cherry tomatoes and banana peppers, English muffin and a side order of fresh avocado.

 

My Bride, I think I'll keep her!

 

BTW, she included a Portabella mushroom with hers.
