How fast is laundry turnaround on Avalon?

Is it a matter of turn it in by 9 am and get it back by 6 pm?  Or 24 hours+ for turnaround? It affects packing decisions. Thank you.

We put our laundry out for pickup in the morning and it was washed, ironed, and back in our room before dinner.

I am just off the Envision May 7 (Prague to Budapest) and sent laundry out twice around 8 a.m. It was back in my cabin during the evening while I was at dinner. Unsure what time it actually arrived. Everything was fine. They didn't shrink my underwear!

How much is laundry?  

 

We are traveling for 13 days before we board the Illumination for a 7 night cruise, and 3 additional days after. We will probably use the laundry room at our German timeshare trade and use a same day service in Lucerne prior to our next day drive to Nuremberg. Since we plan on packing lightly we will be needing to clean a few items while on the Danube and knowing the pricing will be a help. Thanks!

I haven't yet had a ship laundry shrink my underwear – but the galley always does!

Great, cute response above.  Funny!!  On our Avalon Mekong River cruise last year, the staff did an excellent job with our laundry.
