Sorry to hear that. We’re doing a 9 night to Greece in October. We’ve been on other Radiance ships and VOOM was usable, not great, but useable. Thanks.

I haven't had issue one with Boom. All going smooth but of course I am sure not as much of a techie like some of you for sure. Love everything about the Jewel. Majority of passengers are in our age range (60-75) and shows, cinema, music, entertainers are great.
