Big birthday treat - Silversea

As a treat for a big birthday I am thinking of booking a luxury cruise and was looking at Silversea. My one worry is that I cannot fly from Birmingham Airport, which is my preferred option. When looking at the website I am getting a little confused as to whether I can fly from Birmingham. Has anyone been on a Silversea cruise flying from Birmingham?

My in-laws are in an area (Missoula MT) that is not on the sky program list.  They are paying an upcharge for a flight that gets them to one of the 'silversea airports'.  I can't remember the price.  We looked into booking their own flight to one of the gateways but ended up using SS as I don't think the cost difference was great and they wanted the peace of mind that SS would take care of them if things went awry.

From the UK Silversea use British Airways (BA), usually from Heathrow, but they will add regional flights from other airports to the cruise. As BA don’t have flights from Birmingham to Heathrow, your faced with the choice of booking flights yourself from Birmingham or catching a coach (Bational Express?) or train/bus/taxi to Heathrow..

Where were here you thinking of starting a cruise from?
