Tender priorities in BZE - Vista

Curious not in a suite, no FTTF pass, not planning on booking a carnival excursion- What is the earliest we are going to be able to get off the vista?  Would like to know if we would be able to catch the 9am water taxi to Caye Caulker.   On NCL you got up real early to goto the pool deck and you stood in line for your ticket to get off the ship, Im just curious how Carnival works it, and what time is realistic to get off.

a line forms on deck 0  for the tender boats ,,  Diamonds ,Platinum's and FTTF  will be escorted by Carnival personal to the front of the line when they want to get off ship ,, Early to deck 0 ...early off

You get a tender ticket and get off after everyone else.  Seems to me it was about 2 hours after the first tenders started running that anyone could go.

Get up early, go get a tender ticket, wait to be called, go down to the tender area, board the tender for the 20 minute ride to shore. Diamonds, platinums, and FTTFs will be put at the head of the line continually. Be patient.
