refreshment package combined with voom one device ever offered?

I see they have deluxe beverage packages combined with voom offered in cruise planner at a discount. I am wondering if they ever offer a voom one device combined with refreshement package? Asking for grandeur in june. thanks

I have never seen that combination.  I have seen a Voom and soda package combo, but not Voom and refreshment.

My recommendation is to see if there's anyone in your Roll Call who wants to split a four-device package with you.  I got the four-device package for about $7/device/day, which is way better than the combination with a drink package ever is.
