When boarding a ship at the start of a cruise and the ship is staying in port overnight before leaving port the following day, does anyone know what time we can board the ship on the first day?

If you are asking when boarding begins on the first day, then it is normal boarding times. If your question is can I board in the evening, overnight or on day two, the answer is also yes, but you should inform Princess in advance if you plan to board at an unusual hour or on day two.

Thank you all for your quick responses.  We are boarding in Buenos Aires on Feb. 20th and the ship leaves port the following day.

I just did that for the Royal repositioning to LA.  Unless you have terrible/catastrophic day like we did,  Buenos Aires on Feb 20th should be normal boarding process
