Yes you are, I think it's technically not allowed by the "rules" since it is a heat producing item, but they let curling irons slide along with straighteners. My girlfriend brought both on the Getaway last week without any issues.

Curling irons are allowed by the rules.

BUT - do not plug into the bathroom electric outlet

ONLY low wattage - shavers - USB equipment - battery chargers - toothbrushes
