We booked a last minute trip on the NCL Sun in a penthouse suite for 5/27/19, and it's our first time in a suite, so we aren't sure what to expect. Our preference letter came via email about 45 days out, and then at the 30 day mark after I didn't respond to the first one. The luggage tags (alone) came in the mail around the same time. don't-use-real-name Posted May 7, 2019 #10 Share Posted May 7, 2019 You should get something by mail (letter and luggage tags - preferences - email Concierge contact) If you win a bid to a suite there may not be time to send and receive the letter in question. Read post #3 above for the contact - NCL about any preferences issues you may have regarding suite. Don't worry too much when you register at the Pier you will meet your Butler and Concierge and there will be plenty of time to arrange adjust compliment those items mentioned in the pre-cruise suite letter.
