Solstice out of Sydney, which side to choose

I will probably book a balcony stateroom on Solstice out of Sydney in december, just wondering which side of the ship offers the best views of the Harbour bridge and the city on sailaway?

Thanks

Your best views will be from one of the upper decks rather than from a stateroom.

For sail away you would be best on the top deck or in an aft cabin. We had an aft sky suite  which had a fantastic view.

Solstice usually berths at Circular Quay with the aft facing out and parallel to the Sydney Harbour bridge. On departure, a stateroom on the starboard side would give you views of the city, Opera House and Botanic Gardens as you leave. Port side would give you great views of the Opera House and city, but only while the ship is berthed.
