Symphony - Expedited Checkin

Hi!

 

I've seen some old blog posts (January 2018) when Royal Caribbean was trying the expedited checkin process. Certain SetSail passes had an indicator that they were "eligible".

 

Now, on Symphony, if you checkin using the app, are you guaranteed expedited checkin? Or is there still some degree of selection/randomness?

I think they did away with Expedited check - in

 

I'm on the Allure shortly and I was assigned Expedited Check-In,,,, then,,,, the Expedited has gone away from my on line set sail pass.

Hi ryguy - I was just checking in too - I read it as "may be eligible" on the app.  I think I read that you 'may' be subject to some verification process.

We had Expedited Arrival on our Set Sail pass on the Mariner last week.  Had paper set sail checked in on our laptop.  This was in PC

Checkin on the Symphony is easy. We arrived at 10:40 and was on the ship by 10:46. Use the app or printed set sail pass, show your passport, they’ll take your photo if you have not provided and off to the 🚢  you go. 

 

Be be sure to do the online check in.
