Can the glass balcony dividers be removed to connect balconies?

We have 2 veranda side by side but not connecting on Equinox...... are they able to at least remove the glass balcony dividers so we can have one larger balcony together??

They are able to push the glass divider back as we have done this many times on the S class ships. They don’t remove the whole glass though but it certainly opens up the the two balconies side by side.

The end of the divider folds back and is snapped into a clip on the rest of the divider, allowing passage between the balconies.  Your stateroom attendant has a tool to do this.  They will require consent from both cabins.

On our recent cruise on Reflection, the divider was metal, not glass.  I do not know if this is true on all ships/decks.

Can’t  give a blanket answer as it depends on the  location of the cabin.  The Equinox was also Revolutionized and things may have changed.

We requested this be done on our April equinox cruise (before the revolution) and it was no problem- it made for a really nice extended balcony space
