Where Do Ships Dock in Oslo?

I suggest you search google     "whatsinport oslo"      also try and find the port authority - they usually have a ship schedule that will

indicate which berth your ship is using. HTH

Søndre Akershuskai, Vippetangen, Revierkaia, or Filipstadkaia. It depends on the ship and date:

All can be found on Google Maps. The first three are all pretty much in the city center, so it's a short walk from the pier into downtown. Filipstadkaia is a bit farther out and requires a 15-20 minute walk into town (there is also a bus service every 15 minutes on weekdays).

...and what are transport options to the city center?

Oslo’s Tram #12 route is great for sightseeing - we used the tram extensively in 2015.  We caught the tram near the harbor (Rådhusplassen tram stop - check location on google maps) and the tram crosses the Oslo city center and passes important sights like Aker Brygge, Rådhuset (the City Hall), Akershus Fortress, the Frogner neighborhood and Vigelandsparken.

This only applies if you're docking at Akershuskai or Vippetangen. You can reach the tram 12 from Rivierkaia, but you'd be at the central transit hub of Jernbanetorget which serves all of the tram and metro lines as well as a dozen buses, and can take your pick. If you're unlucky and dock at Filipstad, you're not particularly close to the tram (or much else).
