Closest airport to Civitavecchia Rome

You can try Hotwire if you know your dates and grab a 4 star hotel and then a shuttle to the Port.

 

Or you may go to Cvitiavecchia   and stay at the Hotel San Giorgio with a bus to the port.

I would go with option two due to potential noise from the airport and avoiding Rome Traffic.
