Suggestions for 1/2 day private tour

My husband and I have been visiting Barbados since 1996.  The first couple of years we did private tours. We kept the guide's number and were able to use him twice, but he has now since retired. After that we have just gone to a beach to spend the day.  We would like to do a customized  1/2 day private tour next February.  I have been researching on Trip Advisor and other sites but am hesitant to just pick a company with out some recent referrals.  Anyone have any experience with a tour company they would recommend?
