We are actually going to bring some of our own Nespresso pods of the kind we like , on our next cruise.  The maker we had on our recent Jupiter cruise was identical to what we have at home, so that was great!

Just a heads up for those who are planning to do this. TSA has new restrictions on powdered products.

Thanks but we saw this restriction before our last cruise in May.  We had no problems with pods as they do not exceed 12 ounces and are in small "containers".  We put them into a plastic pouch (like toiletries) and had them available in the carry-on to show if needed.  Only once was a TSA person curious what it was.  No issues for us though.

Read in the past few days of someone who had bought powdered mustard to bring home and had it all confiscated. Unfortunately, not all of the agents understand what the reg is and we are at the mercy of the agents.

Also, the new reg applies only to carry-on luggage; no restrictions on checked luggage.

Thanks, easy enough to just stick it in the checked luggage then.
