 I can't speak to that particular cabin, but from experience we've learned to select a cabin with other cabins above, below, and across the corridor.  

 

Then we mark our booking "no upgrades" since the cruise line's idea of an upgrade might put us above a nightclub, below the pool deck, or across the corridor from a scullery. All happended to us early on.

If you will look at the Volendam deck plan the Lido deck is above the Neptune Suites.  Probably you will hear some noise no matter where you are.  Maybe less with suites located more aft.

Looks to me like you'll probably hear the Sea View Bartender walking around when it's open.
