Princess Website - Search for Panama Cruise

I am searching for a late 2020 Panama Canal full transit cruise, and prefer to go from CA to FL. So, I put in the search parameters into Princess' website, and it comes back with only FL to CA for Nov/Dec 2020. I then search on Emerald Princess to see where it is going, and Princess shows it as 3 trips from FL to CA on Nov 10, 25, and Dec 20, but no reverse rips. So, I think that maybe Princess doesn't show sold out cruises, otherwise, how would it get back to FL for another FL to CA transit.

 

I then search on a TA website for the Emerald in Nov/Dec 2020. Lo and behold, the Nov 10 and Dec 20 cruise shows up as a LA to FL cruise.

 

I then go back to Princess' website, and click on the details for those dates. At that point, it shows the cruises as going from CA to FL, even though they are listed as FL to CA on the Search page.

 

Another thing for Princess to fix. It would be easy for someone not to pay attention to the Itinerary after selecting the cruise from the search/summary page.

If that's the "new, improved" search page you're using...there's a reason why everyone who's posted here hates it.

There's another thread talking about the new search page and it has a link that can take you to the "old" search page...for now.

ON the Princess web site I found that the Emerald is sailing

Nov 10 LA to FL

Nov 25 FL to LA

Dec 10 RT Mexico, 10 days

Dec 20 LA to Fl.

I think you have the answer but maybe didn't see the "fine print."  Often the dates, like Nov 25 above, are tagged as "reverse order".
