Hello -  looking for review and ease/safety of getting to discover Mexico - traveling with my sister and I am a little on the cautious side.  Traveling on Rhapsody of the seas and assume we’ll dock at international pier.  Thanks in advance.

You can walk. There is a sidewalk/cycle path (about 1 mile/20 mins) or take a taxi $8 each way.

Taxis on Cozumel are fairly well regulated and the fares will be posted on a board near the cab line for your pier. It never hurts to confirm the fare with the driver before you get into the taxi. The fares will be posted in U.S. dollars, no need for Pesos.
