How do I send a message to another member of Cruise Critic?

Hi, someone asked me to pick up a souvenir on the last cruise and mail it to them. I did so, but we can't message each other so I can get the address. It says we are allowed zero messages per day. Does this function work?

CC staff and moderators can send messages to users. User to user is not available.

No the function doesn’t work, you probably need to go back to the thread they asked on, or another thread they are posting on, and ask them for an email address

If you can't find a thread they've posted in, you can do a forum search for them. Use the search bar right below your username, not the magnifying glass icon at the top of the page. When you click in the search bar, some options will appear. Under "Search In," choose More Options, then check Members. Once you find them, about the only option is to quote one of their posts so they get the notification, then let them know what's up.
