Luminea Dress Code?

We're just off Silhouette. (Dining in Luminae)  One teen turned up several times in shorts (it was an Iceland cruise and below 15 degrees most days..) and a hoodie.  Her family were reasonably dressed.  It actually wasn't a nice position to put the staff in.  I don't know if words were had but she certainly was not refused entry.  In no conception could that have been considered "smart" shorts. Otherwise the standard of dress this cruise was fairly high.

DD has a couple of very short outfits / slashed skirts etc. which she wears with plain back shorts underneath in case of wardrobe malfunction.  If anyone noticed she had shorts on under that no-one said anything....  Those could, I think, be considered "smart" shorts.  Or at least mainly invisible ones!
