Malta Carnival tour?

Recommended Posts

How much time are you going to have at 10 sites? The ship will be docked a few minutes walk from the main shopping and sightseeing area of Valetta. There are taxis and HOHO buses parked at the dockside to take you on trips. Malta is a very easy island to do a DIY tour; probably a lot cheaper than a ship tour.

Malta is very easy, if you want to go to the Hypogeum make sure you book your timed ticket months in advance.  There are very few tickets per day, as our own exhaled CO2 degrades the Neolithic site.

Also easy to get to Blue Grotto, Hagar Quim, or Mdina on public bus.

The town of Valletta is easily walkable, visit the cathedral, visit a  sidewalk cafe and have a relaxing afternoon.  The natural history museum in town is very interesting, and will give you a quick look at the cultures of Malta.

Don't plan on a beach day, They are far to the North of the island.

Are you a Game of Thrones fan ? If so, we just did an amazing private group tour this past May.
