Seaside Yacht Club lounge

On the Seaside it appears there is deck just outside of the Bar VIP Lounge.  Is this accessible or is just an overlook from inside the loungs?

It's an outdoor area with seating and that allows for smoking.

It has views forward and side.  Butlers will come out to serve drinks and such.   It's a nice area.

And accessible from the YC lounge.

There are revolving doors and maybe a regular door in each corner forward of the lounge to get out there.

Double set of doors (not revolving) on both sides.  They slide automatically as the sensors detect you approaching.

 

To Bea's point, smoking is only allowed on the starboard side.
