Four night cruise - gala night?

I will be on a four night cruise and am wondering if there will be a formal/gala night.

Nope. They'll have a "dress to impress" night, but not an actual formal night with all the activities...

We did a 4 night Pacific Coast cruise and we did NOT have a formal or dress to impress night. All nights were considered casual. We even saw shorts (paired with polo shirts) every single night at the MDR. Very casual vibe during the entire cruise.

As others have posted they do have a dress to impress night for those that feel the need to dress up. The one 4 night trip we were on you could see just about everything from shorts to suit & ties. 

Once again the women can get by with just about anything.

I did a four night and every night was smart casual, no formal or "dress to impress".

No formal night on a 4 day cruise
