How to get to Galveston/cruise chip terminal?

We just reserved a one-way rental (IAH to the port) from Enterprise for our 4/15 cruise. Using our Entertainment Book discount (anyone can get this book) we were able to get an intermediate car for $27.91 (this is the total cost including all taxes). There is supposed to be an additional $40 one-way drop fee (there is some question whether this will be charged) which means at worst case our transfer for 2 persons will cost no more than $68, Even a larger car would have cost under $80 total. Enterprise has a drop location near the port. Hertz also has a location in Galvaston.
