Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Posted October 26, 2019 #1 Share Posted October 26, 2019 Anyone out there have pictures of this suite? I've heard conflicting stories about the aft suites being smaller or having weird furniture arrangements. I guess pictures of any of the other decks aft Neptune suites would also answer this question. Thanks!
Rare kazu Posted October 26, 2019 #2 Share Posted October 26, 2019 Take a peak at halfacts dot com. Cabin 5186 is there. You can find it Here Eurodam aft wrap is also there. They should be pretty much mirror images of your cabin.

Gigi1977 Posted October 26, 2019 #4 Share Posted October 26, 2019 The aft Neptunes are smaller inside but we love the wrap balcony and feels it more than makes up for the smaller cabin.

sevenseasnomad Posted October 27, 2019 #7 Share Posted October 27, 2019 The ship's suites have been refurbished since those halfacts.com pictures were posted, but the photos can give you an idea of furniture placement etc. You'll have a bit of a trek to the Neptune Lounge, but your large balcony more than makes up for that drawback, IMO. Enjoy!
DaveOKC Posted October 27, 2019 #8 Share Posted October 27, 2019 (edited) We really love the Vista HAL ships aft-wraps on deck 5 due to the HUGE balconies. The N.A. aft-wraps are not as large (balcony) however. It is a long walk to the Neptune Lounge and many other places on the ship. The suites are a bit smaller as well. Further, it has been my experience that the room steward service is sometimes not as good as in the suites on the main Neptune deck. All in all, if the cruise itineray includes some very scenic items (such as the Panama Canal or Alaska), I would take the deck 5 aft-wrap. Otherwise, I would select a Neptune cabin closer to the Neptune Lounge. Edited October 27, 2019 by DaveOKC
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Posted October 27, 2019 Author #9 Share Posted October 27, 2019 Thanks to all! I appreciate the advice. Friends will now have 5189, the next aft cabin and we're hoping to move the divider so I think we'll stick with 5187.

Ask your Room Steward to open the divider but note that only about 18' next to the railing actually opens.
