Luckiestmanonearth Posted November 2, 2019 #1 Share Posted November 2, 2019 We’re on the Edge in March and inquired on the Select dining and were told it’s already full and they cut off adding any more to the waitlist. We don’t mind being in one dining room as we know that we can get any dish from any of the other restaurants if we wished. But it would have been nice to experience the different dining rooms . Any suggestions on what we can / should do?
TeeRick Posted November 2, 2019 #2 Share Posted November 2, 2019 (edited) One option is to go to the dining room right when you first board the ship and speak to the staff out front. They will hopefully find a way to accommodate you. Edited November 2, 2019 by TeeRick
Rare hcat Posted November 2, 2019 #3 Share Posted November 2, 2019 You can also try for lunch or breakfast ...if they are open, and diff from the one to which you are assigned. Not sure, they may use only one for both meals . It should be okay once you board..deoends on day and time you want to try something else . We booked our res in the 4 mdrs as soon as we could...hope they honor the times!
royalcruz Posted November 2, 2019 #4 Share Posted November 2, 2019 This happened to us back in March, and we booked a yr in advance. Once we boarded we found out which restaurant we were assigned to. We went there and spoke to the host, and she said we couldn't make any reservations in advance, but just show up where and when we wanted and they would try to accommodate. Then my other friends on board had early dining and WERE able to make reservations for the time and place they wanted. So I guess it depends on who you ask.
