I'm going to guess it's a left over schedule from a previous Cuba itinerary (they had to change those a few months back).

On the November 2019 drydocks, charters and groups on board post, I saw this posting for a full ship charter.

Veendam:

22 January 2020 – 29 January 2020 : Cuba : Olivia Charter (ex Port Everglades)

 

Is this an error ?   I don't think the ban on cruise to Cuba has exceptions for charters.

Schedule has changed. That illustrates that the cruise schedule aggregating websites don't keep up with changes.

No exceptions for charters; they haven't updated their schedule
