If only the most recent of P&Os “website improvements” hadn’t resulted in so many useful pages, like in mrbluesea’s link above, now being so very difficult to find

I clicked on the link and it took me directly to the relevant information.

I just looked at the daytime and assumed evening was there. I agree that evening is not there but OP asked about daytime so I guess the question has been answered.

I am not sure if it is run still the same but after the payable upgrade dining finished a new service started.  This was very late with sandwiches and light snacks hot chocolate and a cold buffet.  I was told that the room service base was based at this location.

When did the Breakfast change to only Continental available?

It has always been that way although you can get some hot food, panini, bacon or sausage. Quite limited. Not really a continental breakfast either. Just different, but very nice. Always a queue.

Nice but limited offerings and seems to be the same everyday.

Lovely steak and onion panini at lunchtime.

Gets busy and they offer the pager system like freedom dining.

Nice selection of cakes.

The evening menu didn't inspire us, so we never tried it.
