Princess at St. Maarten

Does anyone have any excursions they highly recommend on St. Maarten?  We have been there once, 10 years ago.  Excursions through Princess or a private one?

we really enjoy the helmet dive that princess offers from sea trek.  just amazing.  all you need to do is breath and walk.  you can wear your eyeglasses and contacts if you need those it is a real neat tour and we do it each time.  This last time we also had some time before the helmet dive so we took the water taxi over to main beach and rented a jetski for 30 min or an hour..cant remember they rent per jetski not per person....we were able to switch off riders (4 of us-2 couples- 2 jetskis).  Had a blast...we were told dont pass certain points and were allowed to just zoom back and forth to our hearts content as fast or as slow as we liked.

St. Maarten-
If given the choice to pay for a bathroom or use the free one? Pay -the line for the free one is long. There was no paper It was Dark and gross ! The men’s has a cardboard box as a door with a written note “ ladies post on Facebook!

I have done snorkling there and beach day.  Snorkling was not that great; the water was murky; so we really didn't see much;  the next time there we took shuttle to the beach right at the port.  You can see the umbrellas and chairs from the cruise ship.

In St Maarten the private group tours booked through Bernard's (online) is a very popular company to use going to Orient Beach, Marigot & Maho and drinks are provided including beer and his famous rum punch !!!
